• Only approved business-grade AI platforms — such as Anthropic Claude Team/Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot — are used for authorized firm operations. Consumer AI tools are not used for handling confidential client information.
• AI is used to support administrative efficiency rather than replace professional review or decision-making.
• Every AI-generated output is reviewed by a human before it is relied upon or shared with a client.
• Client information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy obligations and firm security policies.

Professional Review

Accordingly:

• AI-generated content is treated as a draft or research aid — not a final work product.
• All tax positions, planning recommendations, calculations, and client deliverables are reviewed by a qualified professional.
• Final responsibility for all work rests with Navelli Tax & Advisory.
